Lightweight,breathable but most of all WATERPROOF!

Just wondering if anyone can help. I have Berghaus goretex jacket that i bought many many years ago, it still looks okay but some of the internal seems have come away at the shoulders resulting in water coming through. Does anyone know if this can be repaired?
