Had myself a cracking Bass today, on spinner, great fun. it was a good eating size, but i can't kill a fish so it was released to fight another day

good for you Ray mate its oh too cheap and easy to buy bass from fish mongers or supermarkets at very reasonable cost and return wild fish to fight another day mate

Had me my biggest Bass ever today JW, approx 5lbs, went well on the spinning rod. Released it again, much to the horror of the 2 guys fishing near me

They sure do JW. I use a cheapo Ron thompson 9ft spinning rod and it really gave me a good work out
