It seems your 'joke' is once again going a little far coops.
You were quite happy to come out with me on my boat and 'poach' if that's how you want to term it.
You were also quite happy to tell me what both you and Sam had caught the other week while you were fishing on Hanley castle, breaking what I believe it a syndicate rule on not publicising catches.
You and a few of the other lads on the syndicate were also more than happy to use my boat and fishfinder to map the stretch a couple of years ago, with Ade Williams and phil beatley even saying I was ok to fish along there on my boat so long as I didn't let on to other boaters, which I haven't, in fact once I became aware as to who's syndicate it was. I purposely keep to the other side of the river......
Sadly you've been given enough chances to stop posting as 'chris avis' even tho I've cross checked both Chris Avis's ip and barbelrebel posting on b.f.a.m.w.
You seem to forget I still have access to the admin section on b.f.a.m.w where Ade Williams talks about inviting the new poster 'Chris Avis' onto the hanley castle syndicate, before he is let in on the 'secret' that you (coops) are in fact Chris Avis and he finishes by saying 'bloody squaddy' which is reference to you.
I'm bored now as I guess anyone who might still be reading this is also, but I think it's only right to get the truth out.
Before I lock this thread and ban Chris Avis, I am putting it on record that I have never tried to take the hanley castly syndicate or any other waters off anyone and never would. It's not my style and goes against what kinver freeliners stand for.
Maybe your joke has backfired, or maybe you've been fed duff info (I'm going for the former myself), but either way, you could just simply have called me to see.
You have my number and know where I work and live, as you've been round enough times for a chat and a coffee.
Shame bud, as I think you are an ok guy when you don't try to put the act on....
As for you bringing Dillip in on this, naming him as a poacher on a public forum, well I'll leave that for him to sort out with you and the syndicate.
I'm sure he'll have plenty to say....
