Last Season's Pellets

Hi Folks...
I have quite of pre-drilled hard pellets from last season (kept in a dry sealed bag) ...will these still be effective hook baits?
I know that sounds a bit tightfisted ....but if I can save a few pennies!!!!!

Getting excited now!!!!!!!!

they should be fine but if in doubt just add some halibut or salmon oil to freshen them up.

To be honest, they don't have best before dates on and most of the tackle shops will be selling pellets as old if not older!! If they crumble easilly they should be thrown, otherwise they should be fine...
