Tempting to say my Hexagraph for all three, as I don't really float fish - though I do have a rod for the job.
Also just ordered some new barbel rods from Andy Sliwa, so they'll be my go tos next season (assuming I like them).

Rods:
Float - Daiwa 14' power float (don't recall the model)
Barbel - 12' Evoke 1.75s
Chub - Hexagraph Ray Walton Avon No. 2

The prospect of limiting myself to just three different float rods provokes a feeling of existential dread. I might be able to manage with as few as ten, but I wouldn't be happy about it.

Don’t worry Chris….. no one is going to make you narrow it down to only 10
