How much how often this time of year

A basic question but if you’re fishing a river like the Wye this time of year how much bait do you put in and how often?

Would you use a big feeder full of pellets and hemp or a pva mesh bag? Or Groundbait balls or use a dropper?

How often would you cast?

Dave, I use a pellet feeder (blackcap) in summer and winter, only difference for me is say recast every 15 mins in summer and maybe upto 30 in winter but Im always moving so rarely spend longer in a swim if nothing doing.
