I made this yesterday, it’s quite easy:

For the pork content I used 20% fat pork mince and added 4 teaspoons of garlic powder and 5 of robin red powder. The end result is similar to spam in consistency, but a bit firmer (I may have over cooked it slightly?).
It absolutely stinks and the wife wasn’t impressed
So if you’re one of these people who bemoans the fact you can’t get garlic spam, give it a go. Also other flavour combinations are endless
