Hi All,

New to the barbel fishing scene, taking time out from match fishing and although I had 6 sessions on the kennet last week without catching a fish (only heard of a couple of fish coming out) , loved my time beside the river :)

Going to be concentrating on the kennet with a few additional sessions on the loddon.

Evening Paul and a warm welcome to you. 6 sessions on the Kennet already? It will take me to about August to get that many sessions in!! Good luck.

Hi Paul,
Have you seen the T&DFC open day notice?
You'll pick up some great tips from some of the most experienced Barbel anglers around and you'll also meet lots of friendly anglers. It's only in Twyford and whats more it's all FREE.
Hope to see you there, I'm the fat bloke by the BBQ.
