You've got Jollyes Pet Superstore in Crews Hill,Enfield that sells Hemp & all manner of different seed mixes,ground bait & pellets.
 
I picked up a 20kg bag of jumbo hemp for £21 from

G.J.W.Titmuss Ltd
New Mill, Lamer Lane,
Wheathampstead,
Herts,
AL4 8RG.

This is the second season I've bought from them, and seems to be a fairly good quality.
 
Yes i have also used Titmuss for hemp pellets and wild bird food another good suppliers.......
