I bought a couple of Greys prodigy PB barbel rods a few months ago and managed to break one of the quiver tips during a willow tree v quiver tip test.
The supplier,angling direct didn't have any in stock so I rang Greys directly to send me a replacement tip which I expected to pay for.
I was informed that because I hadn't had the rod very long the quiver trip would be replaced under the warranty even though it was my fault.When he checked their stock there was no quiver tips available so told me they would replace the complete rod foc.
I took the original rod into Angling direct and the new replacement was sent to my home address a week later.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Greys.
