Glow in the Dark Acrylic Paint

Has anyone tried this on their rod tips/quiver tips....or anywhere else if that is your sort of thing.

Just wondered if it was worth a try.

Tried a blob on the rotating bezel of my watch so I can time myself in swims after dark (it's easy to forget or get times confused when you are moving so frequently i.e. every 20mins) and that works OK because it is viewed close-up but the stuff I used wouldn't really be bright enough for a rod tip.

I,ve tried it, and wasn,t too impressed to be honest. :( No better than white paint. You have to keep recharging it with a bright torch, but after a few minutes it starts to fade. Isotopes are a much better option, more expensive, but worth it.

Cheers Will and Derek....I had a feeling that it wasn't going to be up to much otherwise it would have been mentioned more on the forums.

Worth a try just bought 100 star lights from Lidls....after my mate lost my Drennan isotopes in his shed, why he can't look for them in the dark I don't know
