hi lads any one got any info on the garry mills pins was very interested in the barbel catcher one what price are these now any info would be great

Always fancied the barbel catcher. Really like the variable ratchet tentioner which is a good improvement otherwise ignored by other top flight c'pin reel makers.

Garry's reels are superb, matched only by his infectious enthusiasm for his products. A visit to his workshop is highly recommended, but allow plenty of time. He will talk the hind leg off a donkey, and you will come away knowing more about the production of centrepins than you thought possible.
Although not cheap, compared with other mass produced reels his are a real bargain.

And they work very well too!
One of many that I have caught on my 'Barbus' since I took delivery of it last month,

how expensive are the reels bob if you dont mind me asking

Hi Robert,
It was £400, plus I think £25 for the line-guard. A lot of money though it is a limited edition of just 25, & superbly made.
Could I justify it? Yes I can, 'cause I wanted it!
Bob
