I buy my pike mackerel and zander small roach on ebay. Postage is high but always fresh.

Small roach only when my break stick has run down.

I’ve used Nev Ficklin‘s shop a couple of times. The fish are well packaged and still frozen upon arrival.

Another vote for Neville Fickling's 'The Tackle Shop'. Very good Smelt and Lamprey. Also bought some Pollan once. Very fresh but didn't find them anything special on my waters. Good if you want to 'pop up' baits. They are full of air and float without any bouyancy aids.
