Fox FX verses Fox Duo

Hi All
Does anyone know what the difference is between Fox FX twin tip barbel rods with the white tips and the Later Version - Fox Duo Light twin tip barbel rods?
I believe it's the same blank just different cosmetics?

Thinking about it.......didn't the Duo Lite range come before the FX?
I had Duo Lite rods a fair few years ago.

I had a pair of the Duo Lite, found the quality was pretty poor. Both reel seats came loose on the butt, and both 1.75 tips broke. Got rid and replaced with Greys Prodigy specimen, much better rods.

The original duos were sensational rods. The gloss green blanks with the x weave going through it.

Yes Fox Duo Light with the green blanks did come befor the FX rods, but Fox discontinued the FX Rods and replaced them with the Fox Duo with the same black carbon weave blanks.
I am trying to find out what the difference is between the Fox FX and the Fox Duo that replaced it, which was then discontinued last year?

Can't really answer the original query but I bought one of the green blank Fox XS Duos [12ft 1.75lb tc avon and quiver tops] back in the early 2000's and it is by a country mile the best off the shelf rod I have ever owned . If you can find one buy it
