Several times recently users have reported that they cannot see River Reports any longer. This is a set of "rules" that apply :
1. You must be a registered member, otherwise River Reports are marked as private
2. If you are a registered member you should see River Reports
3. If, however, you find that you can no longer see River Reports where previously you could, it is possible that you have "inadvertently" placed an ignore on the user "River Reports", so all posts created by that user are therefore not visible - in this case as the user "River Reports" actually created the threads you cannot see any of the threads either.
In this case you would see only the "Please Read" thread, and at the bottom right-hand-side you would see the message "you have insufficient privileges to post here". If alongside this message you have "show ignored content" it would be a clue that you do have an ignore set up.
To remedy this situation :
It is worth mentioning that a mere slip of a finger, especially on a mobile" can "ignore" a user by mistake - I found one that I had no idea I had ignored whilst writing this post
, so it is worth checking your "ignored" list every so often especially if you have big hands and big fingers like me

To remedy this situation :
click your username (or avatar on a mobile) in the menu bar
then click on "Ignoring"
then select "un-ignore" against the user "River Reports", and all will be sorted
