Flask

No Rich, they were happy with a photo of the faulty stopper and information from the base of the flask. I am not sure how they could tell the seal on the stopper had perished though.

In essence I have a spare flask however I have 3 working flasks but just two working stoppers if that makes sense.

I still don't understand why they don't have spare stoppers. I have a spare flask which luckily I can use if needed, anyone else I suppose would just throw the old flask away.

Its good to know the lifetime guarantee works.
