Fishing mishaps

Hi Ady, yes its covered but I think the time you knock off the excess and then factor in you have a claim against you its probably not worth it, I will check what the excess is tho.

Apart from taking the tip of a Torrix a couple of months ago in the shed!!!
My worst fear was getting half way to home down the M4 after leaving Lower Benyons on the Kennet and realising the 2 Torrix that had been leaning on the car....were not in it!

Hasty about turn next junction, dreading finding they had gone or at least crushed.

Same place and not driven over. Wow.
Like winning the lottery. Very Lucky.

When I was a lad, my mum wash the fishing taxi.... I unloaded my gear in a carp park once, turned round to put something in my bag while my mum was driving off, got to the swim to find she had reversed over my rods. I’ve also been dropped off to night fish, only to find I’ve forgot my brolly. No mobiles then, under the stars it was.... and the numerous times I had the m reg Sierra azura bogged down to the axels 🤣
