Thinking of adding a couple more fishing books to my collection - any recommendations of recent books that I can add to my christmas list gratefully received. Any area of fishing. Just been enjoying a few of john gierach's books which I was late to discover.

Cheers chris. I read his first book 'A dream of jewelled fishes' which I enjoyed so much I passed it on to my fishing buddies. Definitely going the list.

Hope I get some of them! Been doing a lot of piking recently which gives you time to put your book down before you hopefully lean into a fish.
