Good service with a small fault with a pair of their glasses . I emailed a few pics of a slight problem . They took it serious , and sent a new pair in the post . We go through a fair few glasses , with me and Sue having a couple of pairs each , and James borrowing the odd pair , so happy with them . I do have a moan about the odd bit of gear , but in this case a big well done from me !
