Engineer made 4¼" Narrow drum centrepin reel

Engineer made 4¼" Narrow drum centrepin reel very unusual and very well made spins free and has a good ratchet. Brass handles and foot, spool release catch and line guard. A very well put together centrepin that is probably one of a kind. Has 414 stamped on the foot bracket and comes in a lovely wooden box that is lined with soft green material.
