Pair of Drennan Specialist Tench and Bream Rods. MK2. 12ft long. 1.75 lb T/C.
Hardly used, near new condition, comes with original rod bags.
Also, pair of Shimano Aero 5000 RE reels. Double handle, inclu. two spare spools.
Excellent condition. Minimal use. Loaded with 10lb Gold Label Pro-Clear.
The above would make an excellent tench outfit.

Hi Rob, these are as described, i.e. 1.75 lb T/C Drennan specialist Tench and Bream Rods, MK2 , 12ft,. This is clearly marked on the rods.
I am 71 this year and like most of us , have too much kit! These rods are as described, near as new. The cork handles are extremely clean.

They sound and look great Granville I wish I needed more of them

My holdall has the 2lb versions ready to rumble sometime next week, I am only guessing that the 2lb tc were the first version (MK1)

My understanding is that these rods are now out of production.

Both MK1 and MK2 came in 1.75lb and 2lb TCs

In the MK2 versions the 1.75 has a through action, the 2lb is more of a distance casting rod
