Drennan Series 7 Users ! ?

Do any of you lads out there use a Drennan Series 7 Tench & Specimen 13ft float...I'm curious to know the total length of the handle BENEATH the reel seat...I know this rod has a 300mm handle extension to allow transport as a two piece rod....I'd like to know the lower handle length with this extension in place....In pictures the handle looks ungainly and long hence my question..

extension 30cm
total length...60cm
real seat.. 8.5cm
lower handle below real seat...47cm
i like mine apart from the eyes being on the small side.
