Hi George, it's the later one with the matt black blank. PS-32114AU Eurospecialist I also have an earlier Specialist Avon PM-XS119AU 11ft 9" 1/1/4 TC , this one is the Powermesh-X blank

Just to let you know in case you changed your mind about my powermesh, the powermesh you’ve bought from John in this thread is not the same model as the one I’m selling, so mine would not be a matching rod to make a pair.
Mine is the very first generation powermesh Avon from the 1990’s so I’d say you’re better off not buying mine and look for another Avon X model
