First of all i would like to apologise for the amount I'm posting but I just want to have my gear in place for the 16th
I believe these are the best rests you can get but I maybe missing something as with being metal won't they damage your rod as opposed to plastic

I’ve got the same rests and never had any problems with them? I can only imagine damage occurring if you was to smash your rod against them! Mate

I think you can get glow in the dark versions with a thick foam type coating on if you were to be worried about any damage? Mate

Korum mostly Neil, the swivel heads are the best imo for stability when rod tips are up.

I put some clear shrink tubing on mine anfd fitted a small isotope underneath (mr Issac’s idea )

Not gonna break these I’ve broken a plastic one by dropping it on hard ground and it broke the threaded part off inside the bank stick! A real bummer to get out! Never again
