Counting down..............

I don't bother counting or setting a time. If it's been a poor day, and it inevitably is, I just pack up earlier that I had intended to. On the way back to the car or at home, I've yet to regret packing up early as I've never caught anything in that "extra" time. What's the point of dragging out a dreary experience. Get home and have a decent cuppa or a decent cup of coffee - not that instant crud. There's always another day.

Keith,
after seeing you on Tight Lines I now regard you as an expert on float fishing so I hope you dont mind a bit of advice from a total novice,if you cant see the float anymore......Strike!!!!!

Count down, no not really, other than as long as it takes to say
"this is #### im ####### off home"

Strange but quite a good feeling when you do eventually give it up and strike into fresh air in order to pack up.
Guess its a positive decision so a few chemicals start buzzin around the brain.

Sometimes a strange noise or voice in the dark may determine whether I stay on.
