I also watch match videos (Clive Branson) and I enjoy watching someone fish, not just catch, so for me the longer videos are better than edited highlights. I suppose you could do both ? Keep up the good work Ian.

Yes, those sun protection hoody tops are brilliant. They have a built in snood which pulls up under your eyes and over your ears and neck, and also a hood to cover the top of your head.
I got them from Temu and they vary in price from 6 to 15 or so quid.
The price will drop if you add them to your watchlist.
I really can't fault them at all, they are super comfy and most importantly they protect you from the sun!
If you check them out on Temu there are lots of different colours and patterns to choose from 👍.
 
No sound on that last one, deleted the audio track, too much noise from the nearby road and the blustery wind. I've been playing around with separately recording commentary but that just takes too much time and effort for me.

I'm looking at action cameras but will not spend the amount some are asking for. Appears to be plenty of options from cheap to extortionate but preferably will have decent video/audio output including remote control, shielded mic options and accompanying Android App connectivity.

Earlier in the Spring, I watched a lone guy making videos on a lake I was fishing. Recorded several sections getting to his swim, set up and eventually at least three action cameras around his bivvy plus a chest mounted point of view cam as well. Didn't see him catch anything, perhaps he didn't have enough time to fish properly!

First one made me laugh!
Enjoyed the second one also.

Regarding the cameras, audio etc etc, I just have the go pro on a neck lanyard and I think that is as far as i'm likely to go. I'll leave all the fancy filming to the professionals lol.

I actually have lots of videos from the past, but I only filmed those for my own personal viewing to look back at from time to time, kind'a like a photo album but moving pictures. Theres way to much swearing in those to post on youtube 😱🤣😂.
