Breathable chest waders

On a look out for some breathable chest waders for a pool i fish and on the rivers. Now don't want to go and spend silly money on some as I wont be using them all the time But would like to know what out there and I guess the boots to go with them cheers in advance

Have a look on climax tackle Dean, noticed they are doing Pro-Logic breathables with built in boot for £65. Either that or look at the Bison stuff on ebay ,£90 for waders, boots & staff. Not used either but the Bison stuff gets decent reviews from what I've seen.

Had a pair of Snowbee breathables for about 5 years now and still going strong.......
If the boots have felt soles I would also invest in some studs.......and a wading staff !!:)

Save money and don't bother getting special wading boots. I use trainers with vibram soles in the spring and autumn and sandals in the summer.
I still have my felt soled wading boots, but don't use them that much. Felt soles are likely to be banned soon any how as they carry diseases from river to river. Already banned in many countries..Gerrys often have deals. Try theirshop always a first rate service on line and in the shop.

If you are only using them for trotting a float and don't need them for fly fishing these look a real bargain

If you are going to wade the length of a river casting a fly you may want the more sophisticated breathable stocking foot ones.
I have stocking foot breathable waders, a decent pair costs around £150 and the get ripped to shreds every year when using them for general coarse fishing...so I may keep them for best and try some of these for trotting the float.
