60 acre estate lake non publicity can show pics but can’t name it only as northwest still water

No Joe I never thought that way for a moment would love to tell people might be in angling times as Carr mill but it’s not friend of mine sent it in to try and bump St Helens ticket sales

On the Bream theme I had this a few weeks back from a local estate lake. Not as big as Lee's but at 10.14 was my first double. I caught it feeder fishing with a quivervtip rod and have caught quite a decent number with a handful over 8lb. Something different and interesting fishing. Lots of changing baits and different length hooklinks to keep them interested. All of them were in very good condition with no evidence of being stuffed in keepnets, common on lakes that are match fished.

Well done Andrew it’s great when you get a good fish even better when it’s light tackle and tops it off when it’s a pb congratulations
 
They are impressive fish at those sizes to look at I must admit.
Not for me though. I end up going home looking like a painters radio when I catch the bloody things unintentionally 😣
