hi lads any one use a bob james 5 piece travel rod 12ft 2.25lb tc got the chance to buy one pretty cheap look a nice rod but dont know much about them any info would be great

Hi Robert,
I've got the Fox Bob James 5 piece Travel Carp Rod in 2.75lb. Nice rod with good finish,green blank with full cork handle and protective tube. The only comment would be test curve seems less than the one stated on my 2.75lb, can't comment on the 2.25lb though.

arr, test curves, worth as much as the writing on the rod, it's all about the action.
