Bloggers & guest writers needed

Hi all,

Having worked in sports development for several years and being part of countless online angling forums and followers of blogs I am about to embark on a new journey and start my own angling Blog and see where it goes from there. I have wrote many articles across various different sports for local and national news sources but never for my most passionate hobby, Fishing!

I have started to create my blog, with the focus being around Global angling, adventurous trips and alternative fishing (Golden Dorado fishing Bolivia, Steelhead fishing Canada, Tarpon fishing Florida etc) Looking and reviewing tackle, tips, photography etc.

I would also like to work with guest 'bloggers'/writers who have bought into the idea of the blog, and amateur or professional photographers where we could showcase the photo's and even possibly sell some prints.

I am lucky enough to have built up a fairly decent 'client base' through years of travelling and fishing and have a few guest bloggers from around the globe to chip in.

If anyone is interested please e-mail me at -
Rickdos86@gmail.com

and perhaps this blog run by Anglers for Anglers can really kick off.

Check the blog out @ www.global-angler.blogspot.com

any thoughts guys?

little harsh as the letter 's' did not work on the keyboard:mad:

thank you for the messages of support to the other anglers though!

I appreciate the private messages of support but what is your problem? Do you get off logging on to this forum which is supposed to be about helping and sharing information with other anglers and enjoy trying to take the pi$$ out of someone you dont know?

well done, you have made yourself look like a bit of an idiot......

Hi Ricky,
Love the global blog scenario, and the species and photographs are fantastic .

Fish like Tarpon ,Golden Dorado,Trevally etc make old Boris very plodding ,and the scenery and surroundings they are caught is invariably stunning .

Shame they are so far away from most of us,then cost becomes the problem ,not the inclination.

Anyway if I can help broaden a few horizons and take the odd snap then count me in.

Have written the odd tome in the past.

Best wishes,
The Pons

Hi Ricky

I will help out too!

I have some stuff that might be of interest from Holland?

Hi Ricky,

I got your pm thanks, glad I make you laugh...As for my problem, as you put it, this is supposed to be barbel only on this board, there are plenty of other places for you to put your non barbel related spam..... Bu of course you know that already as a quick look at your previous posts will confirm.

If this board stuck rigidly to barbel there would be a serious reduction in the number of posts!

Thanks guys, I will send you a pm and lets see what we can get working!

Adrian thanks for the support and taking a look at my previous posts, hope you can also help with the questions asked,

Tight Lines!
