Barbel Fishing on The River Loddon

Thanks for that, I guess patience is the key here, employing sit and wait carp tactics paid off with two cracking Barbel.
 
That second one is not a double, surely impossible from what others have been saying on the loddon thread :)

Of course they are still there. Caught a few myself. Just not so many and not many smaller ones coming through.

Thanks chaps, glad you enjoyed the video, both the barbel were in beautiful condition and fought like demons. I haven't posted as much of late, as have been fishing for a few other species and have been enjoying wetting a line on the Blackwater, such a wonderful littler river, packed full of features and some beautiful fish.
