No I didn't manage to fall in , got stung to death with nettles though ,stalking some very wary chub in 18 inches of clear water , 3 of which I managed to tempt and warranted use of the net . Funny isn't , when you are stalking chub it's always the smallest of the group that grab the bait first , greedy devils . Nice diversion from the tiddler snatching though .
