Another tackle shop going

Does anyone know what the arrangements will be for getting Royalty day tickets when Davis Tackle closes?
I had a meeting with the water company today, they aren't sure what they are going to do but will be coming back to the club by the end of February. I have already posted on the club forum regarding this and that is where I will post any updates. I am sure a way forward will be in place for RDAA members and day ticket anglers before the start of next season.

I find the closing of this shop more jarring than most others although any angling shop closing is not good. Davis and the Royalty are as iconic as each other that it would be as absurd if the fishery announced it's closure. Not a frequent visitor to the area but some of my earliest childhood angling memories are of this shop and the Royalty.

I bet it is nowhere near as popular nowadays as one might think.

The fishery sorry.
