Yes, get out there Simon but take care, my ‘new’ knee has affected my balance considerably. I popped out to the ‘Lower’ a couple of days ago on a scouting trip and nearly fell in as my dodgy knees gave way as I scrambled down a steep bank. Good luck,

Hats of to anyone who works in nursing, they are angles. I've only got the one to look after and I'm knackered. Lord knows how they cope with a ward full.
