Incredible how many fish are compact are the diver! Ive similar footage before i seem to remember it being somewhere in Europe? Looks like its Austria just found the longer version. A few trout to.

Yes River Traun in Austria, a tributary of the Danube (Donau), somewhere near the town of Lambach. Not far from the city of Wels on the same River which (I've always assumed, anyway) gives its name to the Wels catfish.

The barbel and trout there are apparently used to being fed by hand, by dozens of people on scuba and snorkelling safaris, organised by this company

Just goes to show that when in their environment they put up with this strange bubble emitting body clad in neoprene but that same body clomping about in size 9 boots and casting shadows over them...….they're gone !!!!!
