I've spent a small fortune on Temu, mostly tools and gadgets, not had a problem with any of them. I did have a problem once with some phial bottles, a couple arrived broken, sent them a picture, and got a full refund. You pays your money and takes a chance.

Temu's brilliant, never had any issues with them and I don't know anyone who has.

I have issues with any business that allows theft of intellectual property, ads that sexualise children, and the sale of toys that have the potential to choke or poison them. Just saying.

Oh, and be careful with those head torches, they might explode... then buying from Temu really will be a no-brainer.

P.S. i am a torch freak, and bought my best ever torch from them, absolutely incredible, like a lazer torch, the zoom beam just keeps on going till it hits something, amazing.

Please don't think I'm preaching, or telling anyone how they should behave (I've been at pains not to), or saying I'm holier than thou - and the joke about the head torch was intended to lighten the tone - but I'm somewhat puzzled as to why we turn a blind eye, to matters that I think all of us would find disturbing, when we buy things.

These days most UK businesses, if not all, have some kind of ethical policy, or at least a statement of values - so it ain't just me.

Hope I've not offended anyone.

PS. I just bought a Ledlenser head torch, so maybe I'm just sore that it cost me £55.00.
