Adcock Stanton: hellooooo, is anyone there?

Just to set things right

Ray Hyland who bough the company Adcock Stanton off Cliff Adcock and made some fantastic changes has hung his hat up and sold the company, the new guy is having a few teething problems and he has been notified of this thread and i am sure this will have shocked him and hopefully he gets sorted soon

Thanks Sean. But the chap should just pick up the effin phone!!! I totally get teething problems and am hugely sympathetic, patient and supportive of entrepreneurialism. But a simple phone call or email to keep a buyer informed is all that's required. It's so easy. When that doesn't happen, or no one returns repeated calls- you just conclude they don't care enough. I have bought another reel now anyway.

I missed the fantastic ones; I just saw the improvements to my favourite trotting reels as blinging them up. Each to his own I guess.
