So........(correct me if I am wrong)...I gather that there is a drunken, trouser-less geezer who has caught 3 barbel over the last 4 years, heading up towards Yorkshire (IF he can remember where that is)...to show you lot up there how to catch barbel (not withstanding the fact that the date for this 'Teach In' has not been finalised yet).......

Any chance of a video of that meeting?....I rather think it might lead to some 'Men Behaving Badly' style hilarity, well worth watching

Rob Rob Rob, surely you don't think i'd react to such a crude bit of goading do you ? As for fiddling with Hodgkiss's narly old tackle in the small hours of the morning, you lot carry on as you see fit, me and Turnbull ( you up for it Chris?) will carry on the drinking bit

Dave, correction due ! What he means is that the sum total of Barbel caught on their last 4 fish-ins is 3, Anyway, why don't you come along as well, my experience of you elderly Colne valley boys is that you can drink way more than your share, least my old mate Graham could, god rest im.

The only traveling I'm planning to do this September, Simon, is heading south after a big Sussex bass. I can't see me finding time to head up North as well. It's a pity there aren't more of me to go around, isn't it?
