I still have this rod gathering dust in my tackle cupboard.....
12ft Insight RB-SU, the stepped, version of the Insight rods, not quite what I want, and over-gunned for where I fish,Brand new with the plastic still on the handle.
Would suit the Tidal river gang on the Trent or Severn

I think this is the one we had a conversation about a while back is it Andy? Is tempting but I think a bit heavy for my use
 
Andy, this has been bugging me all day...with a little voice saying buy buy buy!!!
I think I will take it and use for carp/method fishing

You have a bargain there Alan.

I'm pretty sure that the Insight RB-SU is the same blank as the Harrison 12ft 2lb 4oz Standard Specialist (SS12-204) - the only difference being the colour and that the blank has been ground. It's a blank that master rod builder Dave Lumb rates very highly - in fact it's one of 'Dave's Faves' :)

Glad its sold (hopefully) its a lovely looking rod, and a waste sitting in my rod cupboard as i'm never going to use it...
