i use greys rods, and i think contact greys as their repair service is very good, if not look up a rod builder to restore your rods when damaged doesnt cost as much as you think...failing that ive got fuji sic on all my rods now including my custom torrix twin tip barbel, and my four torrix carp...

hi i was out on thursday evening about 19.30 for few hours trying to temp a gold bar out of the sussex ouse spent couple of hours looking at known barbel swims and caught only chub which was nice ..what else can i do or should i rely an spotting fish rather than roving
hi guys got two brand new stored over a year in tubes 12ft 4 piece greys prodigy twin tip cork handles 1x avon quivers upto 3 oz or 1.75lb tc tip nice rods bought a year ago but never used only stored do a deal on both.. give us a pm need good home dark grey graphite carbon will split or both...

ive been thinking about buying some custom made harrison rods by chris orme and would love to hear whether any one else has views and custom builds or any pictures they may have!! currently got two jw youngs 12ft twin tips and two brand new greys rods that are surplus now and fancy the harrisons...
good on you for the carbon...but carp nets are made from carbon and do they not snap! i think it depends where you landing your fish from really so i save the tarty gear for carp fishing and use the basic stuff for roving...hey but thats just my opinion!
oh dude i dont know how to do that im a newbee....im off fishing sunday and i will take a pic for you hows about that...i will post you the picture of my net tomorrow...if thats ok..
not the same as my net but i have 6ft handle that extends to around 9ft and mines micro mesh although only paid about 40 pounds sterling....great bit of kit though for roaming...check out there website pafex.eu cheers bob...

hi guys just bought a stunning folding specimen landing net from pafex.eu had loads of nets in the past and these guys based in france are the best...check out there website if you need a roving net...awesome:eek:
check out the pafex.eu website i looked everywhere online and in the shops and bought myself a folding roving net with extendable handle...best buy i have ever made...fantastic service and fantastic net...
gotta say bought myself 2x jw youngs twin tip 12ft 1.50lb tc barbel rods which has spliced quiver and standard tip 1.75lb what a rod fantastic action and a true touch of class...use both centre pin and shim super gtm and balances nicely..with full cork would recommend these over my greys...
i love this method on the centre pin bought myself some stunnning handmade avon floats which work a dream just ordered some fluted avon wil let you know how they get on....keep on trotting;)
