I have to wash and dry my rods and reels as any condensation or moisture will wreak havoc on the air tight cabinets I store them in.
Also the LEV system I have installed in the garage to extract any pellet or bream-laden net fumes causes an almost hypnotic/slight hum white-noise effect that...
Are we allowed to give a barbel mouth to mouth with the heightening rise in COVID cases again? Do we replace “Staying Alive” as the rhythm to use for compressions with Bob Nudd’s “Maggots in ya Catapult” ?
Otters may only be part of the issue- I still think water quality and what is going on the rivers is also a large contributing factor.
Those fishing the lower reaches of the Severn will know how much shi*e was being pumped into the river over the winter and tail end of the season. At times the...
Had same issue as had Drennan quiver but with banksticks and rods on it was a bit tight
Got the Korum transition 3 rod quiver. Decent price and fox brolly fits easily with everything else. Lots of space. I would recommend it as problem solved.

Hopefully bump into you down SS again at some point.
Tight ones pal
Jeff,
Are you able to add other rivers? I'd put an outside each-way bet on somewhere like the Arun/Rother or even the Taff
I'd love it to be the Severn though...
I genuinely can't believe there are people who still don't believe there are big cats about.
I know too many people, along with myself, who have seen them for it to a blag. Open your eyes and your minds fellas and get your head out of the sand!
Neil,
You may think me crazy Neil but I assure you I have seen a Black cat twice. Most recently on the way back from Gloucester in the autumn last year. It ran across the road in front of the car at speed on the way back from Gloucester late at night. Was long but I'd guess the size of a...
