Thats where the one I posted was from. Fishing the worm for perch as you say. I've had more crays than decent perch too...:p

Well, not quite an apron, but something to put maggots or casters in. Could someone recommend a brand, having trouble finding any. Cheers

    Grayling

Had my PB over the weekend at 1lb 12oz. Caught on white maggot trotted in a fast, shallow glide. Fought amazingly well in the current.

    Colouring-in hooklengths.

I rub mud or similar on braid for a little extra confidence but the brand I use isn't massively blatant anyway. I wouldn't worry about the chemical side of things, I suspect superglue is worse and I have every faith in using that. :)

    Carp Rods

Nice idea that Nick. Never thought about it like that. The water I am fishing thankfully doesnt get over crowded there is a lot of space between pegs. To be honest there aint that many cats in there of 20lb most being kittens, my biggest stands at 3lb so I cant say I understand how they fight...

    Carp Rods

Well I wont be targeting the cats though Im aware they'll eat anything! Those chub outkasts seem ok to me, excellent price and some nice reviews. Might have a look around for some of those, £60 new is a good price though. Thanks a lot for the replies people!
