Was sad to hear about his passing. Seemed a genuinely nice bloke , with an infectious enthusiasm for his sport. Watched many of his surface fishing videos which were really enjoyable. Shame. RIP.

I've been using the S9's for my tench & carp (😮) fishing for a few years now and I really like them. I just use the remote control and never had any problems. Battery life on alarms & remote are very good & easy to re-charge via USB. I'm certainly no expert but they're the best alarms I've had...

As I live in Reigate and the episode was called 'Carp & Barbel - Reigate Hills' I thought that I would recognise the lake & stretch of the Mole. I didn't. After a lot of digging about I finally sussed it. You are indeed fortunate to have fished there Graham. Great episode though.
