Fancy sorting a set for a customer 😉 stopped using mine a couple of seasons back, the small wheel at the back for zeroing doesn’t turn like it should. Kind of seized/ tightened up? Plus I wonder how accurately they weigh now. Is that something you could look at?
I think you could well be right Andrew. I’ve done 3 albeit very short trips this week and with no results I think my main issue is location. Where I expected them to be I’m now sure they’re not and have moved to a different area…..not easy this winter barbel lark
A question for those who take water temp readings and base their fishing trips around them?
I’m talking about smaller rivers here, not the Trent, Thames or seven etc. with rising air temps incoming (double figure daytime) from tomorrow, how soon would you feel confident of the barbel getting...
Just an update after starting this thread last year. After weighing up all the options I went from my old Scarpa terra walking boots to some arctic sport muck boots. Some on here had given negative reviews but honestly gotta say for the one winter I’ve worn them, regularly as well, I’ve loved...
