Great reels, but for trotting check lever far too stiff, imo.

I get through loads of pairs, I'm a very regular small stream Trout fisherman mainly, and none of them last that long doing this. Imo you have to try waders on, even if you later buy online, too snug and the seams will be buggered in no time, too baggy and fabric in the leg area will constantly...

The vision ones are pretty good, I use the Koskis, they last pretty well for the money.

Allow plenty of time, it'll take you an hour just to put the float together, let alone plumb it up correctly.......

Any problems with closed face reels are very easy to sort out....just chuck 'em in the bin !;)🤣
