    The legs are massively adjustable, you can have them 50mm at the back and about 750mm at the front. If weight really isn't a problem you can also buy a foot plate to make it even more comfortable on a steep bank.

    If weight isn't an issue I'd go for a Korum duper deluxe accessory chair. I've not got the new version, but my older deluxe one is my first choice if I'm not carrying it too far. I don't think you'll find a better leg arrangement for steep/uneven banks,

    This months Carpology magazine has a article comparing rucksacks. The thinking Anglers one (£89.99) 'won' it and the Avid RVS Compact won best value. There was 12 options in it but Korum wasn't represented.

    Does anybody know the size of the tip ring on these? I'm after a rod for Tench fishing with a slider float, my current Tench road (13ft series 7 carp waggler) has too small a tip ring (2mm) for the knot. Thanks
