John’s very helpful reply was that Taste F2 is fine for lower temp use - but to change to using TM1 as the main flavour, to be complemented by Chicken Tikka and retain the inclusion of yeast extract.
I’ve been looking at JBs Supermilk base mix on It’s expensive but seems to have a very dedicated following, almost fanatical in places.
