I have just purchased the basias 1.75 for the ribble, I havnt really tested them yet. Not had anything decent on them really just chub and small barbel. Looking foward to hookkng into something decent to unlock the power of them.

Yes i agree that is why i wanted the infinitys. I have had a pair of the infinitys 6 years ago i loved them. But angling direct they only had the basias as the infinitys are discontinued. I dont like the tip ring on the basia. I will be changing that also. Cant wait to use them on the ribble.

What about the diawa nzon range just got myself one for silvers for the winter. Not cheap though.

I have the nxg tracker rod holdall like paul as he said plenty of room and very light. I would recommend.
