Whilst I offer enormous congratulations to Ben Hutchinson and his landing of a formidable Hants Avon beastie, is it possible for a picture rotation?
I am becoming increasingly depressed by the demeanour of the aforementioned angler every time I log in!
Whilst I do not have a better fish...
Worth seeking out Sunline FC Sniper recommended on here a few months back. I've used nothing else since buying a spool on ebay (can't remember who posted the info but THANK YOU!).
Noone sells it domestically, but it's worth importing. Very supple with a lower diameter than Big Game for...
I fall firmly in the 'hate it' camp. If it's slightly diluted so that it's liquid the brown foulness doesn't cling to the fingers so agressively but does penetrate a boilie!
Sounds like one of these. I'm a big fan too.

Yep, there are a couple of variations on the packaging. Older stuff from import market was labelled Trilene Big Game. I've bought a spool like that pictured in the link, same great product.
Another vote for clear 10lb Big Game. 0.28mm and utterly reliable. Limp, knots well and abrasian resistent too. I've tried Sufix Xcelon, Soft Steel, Spiderwire, Sensor, Maxima, this beats everything else I've tried.
I inadvertently took 6 inches off of the end of my old Giant - Martin Bowler Ouse Barbel rod last season, actually think it improved the rod. Now a useful 11 odd footer!
Vitalin ground with a blender or coffee grinder is a great carrier. Add a little oil or CSL for flavour.
I would expect 12kg to kill any stretch stone dead even over two days, that's more than I use per season on the Severn.
Size 10s are shade smaller than raptor or drennan barbel 8s
B110 in 12s are a shade smaller than counterpart 10s.
Good hooks, but not for snags or double figure fish as a relatively slim wire (even though these are the thicker wire variant).
I use them on the middle Severn (away from...
Muckboots!
I've never had toastier toes even when statis in sub zero conditions for a couple of hours. Under 50 quid if you shop around. Other neoprene wellies are available.
Got mine here:

A vote for Big Game clear here too.
Been using it in 10lb for 3 seasons, haven't lost a fish since, a b**ger to pull for a break when snagged. Total confidence, nice and limp too.
