You're sorted then Dan ! See what you can pick up in one of their garage sales ! i used to do the housing maintenance at Upper Heyford when it was still operational, we used to get all sorts of stuff off the lads who were being shipped home, still got several pairs of trousers and thermals...
Course your still going to want an early morning cuppa and bacon sandwich so that means you have stove, kettle, frying pan, water, food etc to lug around all day as well :) but better than a bloody bedchair and bivvy that weighs a ton and for overnighters you can easily do without.
Lots of 'Potentials' and i'll bet not many actual occurrences ? Personally i've used breakaways for more years than i care to remember for uptiding for Smoothounds, Bass etc ( the former all go back ) and i've NEVER seen a fish damaged by one, not saying its impossible but as long as a hooklink...

Aah, a voice in the wilderness :) Had Mitchell 410, 300, 810, Abu 54, 55 57, loads of plastic things from Shimano and Daiwa and NOTHING comes close, worth every penny if you can find one.
Ditto dark green GT80 apparently, don't know personally because i only ever bought the dark one, my favourite general purpose line ever, now no longer available.
